The flight Follower Skills Program is aimed at qualifying current skilled employees with a SAQA qualification that may count towards the National Diploma in Flight Dispatch.
Our Clients will have the opportunity to apply for the Skills program which will be funded by the Transport Seta under discretionary grants. EFO have applied for 5 Employed and 5 unemployed students per group.
Once the application have been reviewed EFO will conduct 2 interviews which consists of shortlisting the most favourable candidates to successfully complete the program, then a set of tests to establish each candidates theoretical and practical knowledge.
Once candidates have been selected they will enter into a contract with EFO College towards the program delivery, the program will be ideal for companies and individuals interested in the below structures.

Outcomes expected from this course are:
1. Plan to brief flight deck crew and other role players.
2. Conduct a dispatch briefing.
3. Conclude the briefing
4. Assess potential routes.
5. Assess the impact of aircraft non-standard configuration and systems deviations on operations.
6. Interpret and apply operating minima.
7. Prepare for monitoring flight.
8. Perform flight following. ;
9. Analyse evolving conditions.
10. Finalise the flight following process.
The above-mentioned topics will be covered through 5 days theory training and 25 days self-study and assignment completion with practical modules required to be completed candidates will be required to be tested and assessed onsite at EFO Head Office for the qualification to be finalised.
On conclusion of the Skills program, successful students
will receive 30 Credits that may be awarded towards the National Diploma in
